1. Introduction

Welcome to The Hive Network. These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and system.

By registering, participating, or using The Hive Network, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in The Hive Network.

By joining, you confirm that participation in this type of digital platform is legal in your country.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations.

3. Nature of The Hive Network

The Hive Network is a community-driven, decentralized queue-based platform designed to promote structured participation and collective growth.

Key features include:

  • Queue-based progression system
  • Referral reward structure
  • Automated smart contract-based transactions
  • Community support model

The platform operates as a self-sustaining ecosystem, where members support one another as they progress.

4. Decentralization & Wallet Responsibility

The Hive Network is fully decentralized.

  • All transactions are executed via blockchain technology
  • Earnings are paid directly to your personal wallet
  • The platform does not hold or control user funds
  • There are no middlemen or manual withdrawals

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet
  • Managing your private keys
  • Ensuring correct wallet addresses

The Hive Network is not liable for lost access, incorrect transactions, or wallet misuse.

5. Registration Requirements

To participate, you must:

  • Have a Web3 wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet, SafePal, TokenPocket)
  • Have sufficient funds ($40 minimum: $35 + $5 access fee)
  • Provide a valid email address

All transactions are conducted using USDT (BEP20 network).

6. Platform Mechanics

6.1 Entry & Access Fee

Initial entry requires $40 total

  • Includes a $5 access (excess) fee
  • Access fees apply at each level and are automatically deducted from earnings

6.2 Cycling & Earnings

  • When you cycle out, earnings are paid instantly to your wallet
  • Upgrades and re-entries happen automatically
  • You receive net profit after deductions (upgrade + access fee)

6.3 Re-Entry System

  • Level 5 → re-entry to Level 1
  • Level 10 → re-entry to Level 5

This ensures:

  • Continuous flow
  • Support for new members
  • Sustainability of the network

7. Referral & Rewards Structure

Members can earn through referrals:

  • Direct referral: $2.50
  • Level 2: $1.50
  • Level 3: $1.00

Additional details:

  • Earnings accumulate in your account
  • Withdrawals available once reaching $60
  • Withdrawals are processed on Fridays only

7.1 Team Incentives

The Hive Network offers travel incentives based on team performance.

If you qualify:

  • Accommodation for you + partner
  • Meals, activities, and transfers included
  • You cover your own travel to destination

8. Multiple Accounts

Users may operate multiple accounts under the following condition: each account must have a separate wallet.

Failure to comply may result in restrictions.

9. Risks & Disclaimer

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • This is a community-based system, not a guaranteed income platform
  • Earnings depend on network activity and participation
  • No guarantees of profit are made
  • Participation is at your own risk

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts improperly
  • Manipulating the system
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Misrepresenting the platform

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Platform Access & Updates

The Hive Network reserves the right to:

  • Update or improve the platform
  • Modify system structures if required
  • Communicate updates via your personal office

Continued use means acceptance of any updates.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
